Gardens with sea views

Rosen is set in pleasant, secluded and well maintained gardens with wonderful sea views.

The gardens are communal for the use of all eight apartments and can be accessed directly from the lounge through the patio door which opens onto a small patio area adjoining the gardens.

The delightful gardens have a variety of trees and sub-tropical plants as well as a host of fascinating birds and wildlife. There are sea views across St Ives Bay towards Godrevy Lighthouse in the distance.

Tucked away to the side of the gardens is a very useful and good sized drying area. Also at the side of the garden can be found a private gate giving access to a lane leading down, through Carbis Valley to the golden sands of Carbis Bay beach, less than 5 minutes walk away.

Carbis Bay station is also accessed from the lane by crossing a little footbridge over the stream and taking a short footpath throught the woods.

From Carbis Bay station catch the train for the short scenic ride to St Ives in one direction or Lelant, St Erth and Penzance in the other.
