is situated in the Penwith District of West Cornwall, famous for its

are situated approximately 1¼ miles from the centre of St.Ives,
where restaurants too numerous to mention serve wondrous dishes of
locally caught seafood. St.Ives is also blessed with an array of gift
shops & galleries with wares that are quite unique. As you walk through
the town's tiny streets, you are a constantly reminded of its magical
history and heritage.
There
are so many glorious places to visit near to Carbis Bay that are
typical of West Cornwall. Places such as Trencrom, Chapel Porth,
Lamorna, Cape Cornwall, Zennor and Lands End - and the sunset over
Godrevy Lighthouse is quite magical. The lighthouse can be viewed
from Godrevy Point, which is just a short drive through Gwithian on
the road to Portreath.
