Lounge and Dining Area

On the lower level overlooking the garden is the lounge/dining area which is a good-sized light and airy room with a high ceiling and sea-views. There is a sofa-bed, beech effect dining suite, mini CD system, flat-screen digital TV and (recordable) DVD player and patio doors leading onto a patio area with patio furniture.

Breakfast Kitchen

The breakfast kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a double oven electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge and separate freezer and a small cafe style marble topped table.

Main Bedroom

The main double bedroom overlooks the garden and St Ives Bay with views to Godrevy Lighthouse. It has a beech effect bedroom suite providing plenty of hanging and storage space, a small TV and clock-radio.

Twin Bedroom

The smaller twin bedroom has twin beds and a small storage unit with handing space and drawers.

Bathroom

The family bathroom has bath with electric shower, shaver point, wash basin and w/c. Halogen lighting.
