A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking. This secures your reservation.

| 2. |
A further deposit of £80 is required 28 days prior to occupation and represents an amount for damage cover.
This damage deposit is additional to the weekly tariff and will be refunded within
14 days of the end of the accommodation period provided :-
a) No damage, breakage or losses to furniture, fittings or equipment has occurred.
b) The property has been left in a clean and tidy condition and does not incur excessive cleaning charges.

The owner MUST be notified of any cancellation as soos an posiible and confirmation received
in writing within 7 days. All monies due on the date of cancellation must be paid.
The owner will make every effort to arrange alternative bookings and if successful all
monies will be refunded - less an administration charge of £30. We strongly recommend
that cancellation insurance is arranged to cover this eventuality.

The full hire charge shown on the price list must be received 28 days prior to
occupation (along with the fully refundable £80 damage deposit).

Any bookings that are made 28 days or less before the accommodation occupancy date, require full payment and
the damage deposit at the time of booking.

In the unlikely event that the apartment is not available as booked, then the owner will
refund all monies received, but is under no additional liability.

| 7. |
The apartment has a complete clean and check, carried out by the local supervisor, between lettings.
Any damage, breakage or loss is fully chargeable to the hirer and is not limited to
the £80 deposit charge.

| 8. |
The weekly bookings for the apartment are Sunday to Sunday. Occupancy is available
from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and guests MUST vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Note:- Bookings required for less than one week are by arrangement and are subject to availability.

Under no circumstances are pets allowed in the apartment. (Visitors should note that dogs
are banned from many of the beaches in Penwith between March and October).

Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment.
|
| 11. |
One numbered parking space ONLY is provided for your use.
|
| 12. |
The apartment is let on the basis of holiday accommodation only and the hirer or any
other person accompanying him/her have no rights to remain in the property other than for the agreed period.

| 13. |
Priority will always be given to families. Groups of all males or all females, in excess of two, are not allowed.
|
| 14. |
Guests must observe the general rules and regulations that apply to the apartment under the terms
of the property lease:
i) They must not cause nuisance to neighbours, especially through noise.
ii) Only those named on the booking form, a maximum of 6 people, are permitted to use the apartment
and its facilities, including the garden and parking area.
iii) Maintain the property and its contents in good order.
iv) Give reasonable access to the apartment, if requested, by the landlord or his representative.

Guests are totally responsible for their personal property and belongings. The landlord and/or his
agents accept no responsiblity or liability whatsoever for any injury sustained to any person, or for
any damage, breakage or loss to any personal property brought onto the premises.
